1. Returns

We accept returns on items that are in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You can initiate a return request within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging and tags.
  • Products that are not eligible for return include clearance items, personalized or customized items, and gift cards.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund Eligibility:

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

To report a damaged or defective product:
